Lala Manohar Lal Ji, born in 1908 in Ghaziabad, based in Pilkhuwa  UP and Sh. Param Ved Goel, born in 1938 in Tohana, Haryana, based in Village Mandvi Punjab joined hands in 1965 and established a tiny manufacturing unit of Canvas Cloth in Patpar Ganj Village Delhi with only a few terms and a vision to provide the best quality  Canvas Cloth.

They followed a simple living standard and always focused on custom making each and every order to achieve the premium quality of canvas they have been known for.

In 1977, Lala Manohar Lal Ji handed over his duties to his son Sh. Ravindra Kumar, following which Sh. Param Ved Goel ji did the same in 1997, handing over the business to his son Sh. Vijay Goel. 

Since then, Sh. Ravindra Kumar and Sh. Vijay Goel have worked with the utmost honesty, transparency and have followed the principles their fathers believed in.
